Debt to GDP Ratio by Country 2024

If a highly indebted country (blue) wants global domination, it can no longer do so economically, so it wages WAR to put other less indebted countries (yellow) in bigger debt to repay their wars & reconstruction. If a yellow country has natural resources, it becomes the prime target. 

The problem is that if a blue country loses the war, it is even more in debt.
