Guinness Atkinson is about to launch a new fund on June 30, 2011 that will provide investors access to the newly developed offshore Renminbi Yuan currency and bond markets. We believe that China’s currency should continue to appreciate against the Dollar and other major currencies to the relative strength of China’s economy. We also believe that China’s presence in the global economy and its engagement with world trade should give its currency a greater role in the international finance system once the government feels able to allow the Renminbi Yuan currency full convertibility.
