Over four thousand delegates are
expected to gather in Montreal next month to deal with one of the
most pressing problems facing the world today - access to clean,
safe drinking water.

target=”_blank”>International Water Association World Water
Congress and Exhibition, taking place in Montreal from
September 19-24, 2010, provides a unique window on the global water
community.

 

Strong
participation is expected from Canada, the United States, and Latin
America, as well as Asia, Africa and Europe.

The core of the World Water Congress is nine simultaneous technical
sessions, and four workshops on a variety of topics within the
following seven Congress themes:

The event
will bring together a network of clean water/technology interests,
and will help demonstrate Canada’s commitment, leadership and
expertise in water. This is particularly timely given recent
water-related initiatives in Canada and internationally,
