It's an exciting time for Klean as it continues to fine-tune the business plan which includes its M&A activities that are now being finalized for its public listing. Since last year and with new market valuations the company has had reallocated its focus on how best to structure its initial projects in lieu of the commodities markets and how it enters public markets with selected assets and new acquisitions it has under consideration. The company is still on target for filing its plans with the SEC on the close of its second-quarter financials.
